Itosu-ryu Karatedo preserves over 50 traditional kata.
Our unique training concept is simple and effective:

One Kata Per Month

By focusing on one kata each month, students gain deep understanding and correct technique.
Over approximately four years, you will study and review all Itosu-ryu kata in a structured, systematic way.

Why Online Classes?

In the past, karate techniques and kata were closely guarded and passed down only in person.
Today, books, videos, and YouTube have made karate more accessible — but this raises an important question:

Are the kata and techniques being transmitted correctly?

Many practitioners outside Japan have limited opportunities to learn directly from Japanese instructors due to:
